Choose Health and Happiness in 2024

With today's hectic and busy lifestyles, we often ignore our bodies and what they are trying to tell us. We put up with the aches, niggles and conditions and accept them as 'normal', as how it will always be.
  • Need answers to issues that remain unresolved?
  • Do you want to feel irritable or drained for the rest of your life?
  • Should you be coping with some form of pain on a daily basis?
  • Is it 'normal" to suffer digestively on a regular basis?
  • Why do you accept disturbed sleep night after night?
  • How would life be different if you didn't keep pulling that muscle?
  • When will you stop going down with the same infection, time after time?
These are just a few of the many issues that kinesiology provides help with. With kinesiology, it doesn't have to be that way. Allow your body's responses to guide you as to what it needs to return to balance.

Louise Bourne had never heard of kinesiology when she volunteered to be a friend's case study fifteen years ago. She's never looked back! Having seen dramatic improvements in her own health and well-being, she eventually gave up teaching in order to find out more, and is now a practitioner of kinesiology and highly experienced in Bach Flower Remedies and massage.

Louise trained with TASK and SKTT and is a diploma holder in kinesiology - the highest accreditation one can receive. Louise is also a member of the Kinesiology Association and lead kinesiology tutor for KiTE: Kinesiology Training and Education. She holds ITEC diplomas in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology and Nutritional Therapy.

Louise's practice and the Kinesiology Training and Education (KiTE) school are based in Market Harborough, East Midlands. We are within easy reach of Leicester, Northampton, Corby and Kettering and only an hour from London and Birmingham.
