Choose health and happiness in 2022

With today's hectic and busy lifestyles, we often ignore our bodies and what they are trying to tell us. We put up with the aches, niggles and conditions and accept them as 'normal', as how it will always be.

Need answers to issues that remain unresolved?

Do you want to feel irritable or drained for the rest of your life?

Should you be coping with some form of pain on a daily basis?

Is it 'normal' to suffer digestively on a regular basis?

Why do you accept disturbed sleep night after night?

How would life be different if you didn't keep pulling that muscle?

When will you stop going down with the same infection, time after time?

These are just a few of the many issues that kinesiology provides help with. With kinesiology, it doesn't have to be that way. Allow your body's responses to guide you as to what it needs to return to balance.

Visit my FaceBook page 'Kinesiology with Louise Bourne' to access my series of videos "Pro-active, not paralysed". The following videos are designed to offer support and empowerment in these challenging times:

Emotional strength and stability

Louise Bourne had never heard of kinesiology when she volunteered to be a friend's case study fifteen years ago. She's never looked back! Having seen dramatic improvements in her own health and well-being, she eventually gave up teaching in order to find out more, and is now a practitioner of kinesiology and highly experienced in Bach Flower Remedies and massage.

Louise trained with TASK and SKTT and is a diploma holder in kinesiology - the highest accreditation one can receive. Louise is also a member of the Kinesiology Association and lead kinesiology tutor for KiTE. She holds ITEC diplomas in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology and Nutritional Therapy.

She is based within easy reach of Leicester, Northampton, Corby and Kettering.

Feel the best that you can possibly be!

Trained by T.A.S.K & SKKT and also a member of the K.A.
